1.This hdmi to vga converter is NOT bi-directional.Only convert signal from HDMI Port to VGA port
2.f there is no audio,please try to unplug all cables and reconnect
3.This HDMI port must be connect to the laptop/ PC host/Xbox/STB device rather than the HDMI port on the TV
4.There is noise when plugged into the 3.5mm jack,please check whether the audio cable is plugged into place,and insert the 3.5 audio cable into the bottom of the audio port to ensure that there is no space
5.This hdmi to vga converter does not support ARC function
