[6-STAGE TEMPERATURE CONTROL]: Our mini kettle offers 6 temperature settings (113℉, 140℉, 158℉, 176℉, 194℉ and 212℉) to cover different beverage requirements. After heating done, a beep will sound and the kettle will automatically start heating again when the temperature drops 5-7℉ below the set value. (Note: At 212℉, it will only reheat if the temperature drops below 176℉).

[Clarification]: If the kettle is disconnected from the power supply, it cannot maintain a constant temperature or continue to heat. For 212℉ hot water, please make sure that the lid is closed when heating, otherwise the heat cannot collect sufficiently to bring the water temperature to 212℉ (depending on the ambient temperature).
