500 pouches IBM data card size thermal (heat activated) clear gloss laminating pouches. 2-5/16" x 3-1/4" (59mm x 83mm) with 10 mils (250 microns) per flap and sealed on one long edge. 500 pouches per box package includes at least 5 silicone coated carriers. Pouches have standard 1/8" radius rounded corners. Excellent quality product meets or exceeds brands like GBC, Sparco, Universal, Royal, Duck, Fellowes and Ibico, but at an affordable generic price. Maximum card stock size recommended for this pouch is 2-1/16" x 3" (or less) to leave a standard 1/8" border of clear laminate around all sides of card for a secure sealed edge.
TIPS: Industry standard specification for 10 mil laminating pouches is 10 mils on each flap for a total of 20 mils added to your paper sheet. Also, 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (or 25 microns metric). The industry calls these laminating pouches when they are sealed on only one edge instead of three. They should be called laminating folders.
