Redding Expander Dies flare the case mouth slightly to facilitate bullet seating. These dies are held to strict manufacturing tolerances at all stages and are heat treated to relieve stress and provide a lifetime of use. Notes: Straight wall cases require an extra die to expand the case mouth.
