We start with a base of nylon webbing and add a layer of 1000 denier nylon fabric on top by folding the edges and meticulously stitching them onto the webbing base. Using only the top quality fabric, plastic and metal components that have been vetted by the pet and outdoor industries, we finish assembling and inspecting with utmost care, to ensure our collars perform to the highest expectations and through everyday use. Crafting the Funston Dog Collar is surely a laborious process which takes about six times longer than to make a typical webbing collar.
