Special Features

  • The protection board adopts mature protection circuit, special IC, imported high current ultra-low internal resistance MOS( the internal resistance of a single MOS is as low as 3 milliohm), and has perfect and stable charging and discharging protection functions.
  • The protection board is power type high current lithium battery protection board, which is suitable for equipment with high current, such as electric tools, motors, electric drills and other equipment.
  • Before installing the protection plate, the battery must be well matched (the voltage difference of each battery shall not be higher than 0.05V, the internal resistance difference shall not be greater than 5m Ω, and the capacity difference shall be lower than 30mah).
  • The protection plate is used to protect each battery string, as long as the voltage of one battery string is too high or too low, it will be protected. The better the consistency of the battery, the longer the power of the whole battery, and the better the performance of the protection board.
  • Note: this protection plate cannot be used for lithium iron phosphate battery. Do not mix good batteries with poor batteries, the closer the internal resistance is the better the capacity of battery pack is. The lithium battery protection board is strictly prohibited to be used in series.

Attentions:
- The B-, C- wires should be connected with thick wires, and ensure that the pad and the positive and negative poles of the corresponding equipment are correctly welded.
- A single battery needs to be connected in parallel to the required number of batteries, and then the batteries can be used in series.
- When connecting three groups of batteries in series, please ensure that the voltage of each group of batteries is the same. If not, please fill each group of batteries separately
and use them in series. During the discharge test, the battery with the fastest voltage.
