Our Alnico II sets are designed with the vintage humbucker flavors in mind, but with a modern twist! Alnico II always have a special place in many guitarist's hearts due to their Alnico 2 magnets. Tonally these have an almost single coil like singing character but with the weight that you'll expect from a vintage humbucker
On high gain settings, you're sure to get the saturation that's synonymous with the 80's LP tones that Slash is known for. Sweet distortion, singing highs and nothing short of sustain! The Alnico II are scatterwound and true to the vintage humbucker's construction techniques but with a nice modern twist to them
Polepiece spacing: the neck is 50mm (1-31/32 inch), the bridge is 52mm (2-3/64 inch), mounting screw holes spacing: 78mm (3-5/64 inch). Resistance: 7.4K (neck) and 8.3K (bridge), tolerance: 0.5K; wiring: 4P Shield
