Using Steps:
Step 1: Start Drilling the hole in an angle about 45 degrees to the surface, so the drill has the chance to start and will prevent the drill slipping
Step 2: Slowly move the drill bit into a more up-right position and wobble the drill bit in the circular motion
Step 3: Do not need to apply much pressure, let the drill bit do the work, you will feel the drill bit break through the back of the glass or tile once the hole is completed
