To replace the blade:

1. Use a hexagon wrench to loosen the plum screw and remove the baffle plate.
2. Use a ring wrench to remove the blade screw and take out the old blade.
3. Replace the old blade with a new one.

To adjust the chamfer size:

1. Loosen the 2 screws on the black gear plate using a thinner wrench.
2. Twist the black gear plate left and right to adjust the chamfer size as needed.
3. Secure the 2 screws back to their original position to fix the adjustment.
