Fits double stack pistol magazines (Retention may vary for single stack). Note 1: If your magazines are slim, you can try gluing the round & thick block of sponge included in the package into the groove at the front of the insert to fill in the gaps and make the tension of the insert clip more compatible with your mags. Note 2: Pouch height is 3.5", please measure the height of your shorter mags to make sure they are higher than our pouches. Glock 26/27 may not work due to being too short.

The insert is velcro'd in. It bulges inwards in the middle for full tension. Good retention and solid construction for running around and knocking into stuff but draws smooth&easy and takes up little space. Hold mags quiet well. The purpose of the foam contained in the package: 1. Foam sandwiched in the insert is used to prevent the insert from being severely crushed during transportation. 2. If your mag is too slim, you can try attaching this foam to the groove on the front of the insert for better retention.
