How Does the Queue Management System Work?
1. Customer go to the service station and take a number tickets from a ticket dispenser.
2. Customers can sit in the waiting area and wait for their service.
3. When it is their turn, the counter staff will call by pressing the "Number + ENT" key.
4. The customer's number is displayed on the screen with a tone so that the customer knows which counter to go to.

1. Dot matrix counter number display for waiting room
2. Display 3-digit number from 001-999

5. In standby, press "UP" or "DOWN" key to adjust the volume. To mute, please operate the knob at the bottom right.

K-999 Keypad Specification:
1. By default, press "Number + ENT" to call.
2. Press "F1" key to cancel this call.
3. Press "NEXT + ENT" to quickly call the next number. For example, if the last number was 456, simply press "NEXT + ENT" and the keypad will automatically call 457. No need to press numbers verbatim.
