It's so easy, anyone can get fantastic results! Just start with a clean, level surface or mold (coat the mold with a mold release agent). Measure 3 parts ThickSet Epoxy Resin to 1 part ThickSet Hardener and mix thoroughly. For spectacular effects, this clear casting resin can be tinted with mica powder or universal pigments.

The key things to keep in mind are the air temperature (between 65°F and 80°F) and pour depth, because pouring deeper per layer than recommended may cause yellowing, cracks or shrinkage. For larger castings such as river tables and slabs, you can pour single layers ½" thick; for small molds (like jewelry and figurines), you can pour layers up to 1" thick. TotalBoat ThickSet liquid glass deep pour epoxy is low VOC and low odor, but for your safety, wear disposable gloves and work in a well-ventilated area.
