The brake flaring tool allows you to create precise 45-degree single flare, double flares and bubble flares in 3/16" (4.75 mm), 1/4" (6.35 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), and 3/8" (9.5 mm) of stainless steel tubes, steel tubes, or soft metal pipes such as copper.
The T-handle screw clamp holds the die and pipe securely, and the longer handle provides more leverage than any hand-held flaring tool. Simple and fast operation will save you time.
Mounting the flare tool kit in a vice helps you easily form 45-degree flares in steel, stainless steel, and soft metal pipes without deforming the pipe.
The turret-style design allows the proper depth to be set on the production line prior to lock-molding, resulting in precise flares. Before using the brake flare tool, you may need to chamfer the ends or remove internal burrs.
The package includes 1 brake line flare tool with T-handle and 11" lever, 4 die blocks, 1 red plastic blow-molded carrying case ( 14.1" x 6.1" x 3.5" ), 1 instruction manual.
