Function: When the temperature is below the freezing point, the gearbox heater keeps the temperature of the reducer; A reducing agent is a reducing agent that helps reduce the oxidation of nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the system after diesel exhaust to reduce the amount of nox and release it into the exhaust system, reducing the concentration of nox in the engine's diesel emissions.
If you encounter a CEL with DTC code P20BA, or if your vehicle is operating at reduced power, there may be a problem with your diesel exhaust reservoir heater. Please replace it with a new CARMOCAR DEF heater!

Installation method:
1. Remove the dust cover from the oil outlet and oil return ports on the flange, and insert the oil seal ring and oil return ring.
2. Install the top sealing ring into the urea tank.
3. Install the preheater in the urea tank, rotate 10° to the right, and lock the tank tightly. Then press the upper cover into the mouth of the urea tank, and press the upper cover sealing ring tightly.
4. Tighten the flange plate fixing cover.
5. Install the urea pump assembly.
6. Connect the steam filter pipe, wiring plug, etc. Secure the wires with ribbon.
7. After all installation, certain conditions need to be met to make the system work, so directly use the computer to control the detection system to see whether it works, or need to start the vehicle for a period of time to observe whether the system displays warnings.
