Step 1: Put the oil filter to be cut on the working platform of the tool, and then rotate the adjustment lever to fix it. (Note: Do not tighten the adjustment lever too tightly, otherwise the oil filter will be difficult to turn, just fix the filter and make contact with the tool blade)
