(6) Metric 10.9 Class (metric equivalent of Grade 8) hardened yellow zinc plated flange bolts and flange prevailing torque lock nuts for the front upper and lower control arms on all 1997-2006 Wrangler TJ's and LJ's and 1993-1998 Grand Cherokee ZJ's. These are the correct factory size metric bolts. No drilling or modification is needed and they will fit the OEM control arms as well as all aftermarket control arms that say to reuse the factory bolts. These bolts are also fully shouldered rather than the poor fitting partial shoulder factory bolts. They will fit better than OEM reducing play in the suspension that can lead to death wobble. Includes: 4 front upper contol arm bolts and nuts, 2 front lower control arm bolts and nuts (Frame side only, axle side sold separately.) Note about the front lower axle side bolts: If you have an early Wrangler TJ (mid-1999 or earlier) or 93-98 Grand Cherokee ZJ it would have come from the factory with cam bolts on the front lower axle side. The cam bolts were problematic and weak so they quit using them after mid-1999. All TJ's after mid-1999 came from the factory with a cam bolt eliminator / delete. This kit can be used on all TJ's and ZJ's to replace the front lower axle side bolts and is the best option to get rid of the cam bolts. If you do need caster adjustment for a lift, using adjustable lower control arms is the recommend way to do that. Note about the nuts: This kit includes all the nuts needed, however, I also carry factory style heavy duty flag nuts for the front and rear upper control arms on the frame side separately, ASIN: B0CBCZWFDG. They are not necessary however they do make installation easier.
