The zipper pocket on the standard belt fits average size phones, a couple of cards or small items. The material will be used for these belts is brushed 100% cotton canvas. The total length of the belt; Small: 10" Medium: 15" Large: 20" Length of the pocket is 7.5" on a standard sized belt. In order to get the proper size, 1 measurement will be needed that you compare to the pocket length and total length! Please measure the gap between the two ends of the padded part of the waistband as the last picture shows. #1; Make sure the gap accommodates at least the 7.5" pocket size. #2; In order to get the appropriate total length, make sure the total length of the Comfort belt is at least 2" longer than the gap between the two ends of the padded part of the waistband. Ideally, the padded part of the waistband and the ends of the comfort belt should overlap. The outer material is 100% cotton, padding 100% polyester.
