Direct replacement unbreakable, optical quality, UV-resistant wingtip position light lens intended for use with led upgraded light bulbs which do not require tinted lens covers. Engineered to the identical dimensions and thickness of the OEM style red/green tinted (extremely fragile) glass versions. Twice the thickness of other polycarbonate versions sold by other aircraft part retailers. Significantly more durable and also eliminates deformation of the lens circumference when tightening to the aircraft light housing. The increased thickness also increases the area of the lens gasket mating surface to ensure a watertight seal which is critical for led performance.
