Instructions:
Step 1 - Wrap your full strand of waist beads around your waist. Adjust the position of the beads on your waist from upper waist to low waist.
Step 2 - Remove any additional beads by pulling them off the string.
Step 3 - Tie 3 - 4 tight knots where the beads end. Cut close to the knot leaving about 1/2cm.
