If your boat starts leaking coolant, has low water pressure, or stops circulating the water becomes noisy, or cannot properly circulate coolant, a faulty pump could be the problem. Replacing the water pump is a safety measure that needs to be performed regularly every 75,000 - 100,000 miles to prevent engine damage before complete failure.
