Description

NuVein 30-40 mmHg Compression Socks for Men. Made in the USA. Designed as a men's everyday fashionable dress sock for stylized casual or formal business wear. Microfiber nylon stretch for increased comfort in all seasons. Easy on application and easy off removal. Ultra soft and smooth rib knitting with low profile filament and flat irritation free toe seam fits inside designer shoes, boots, loafers and sandals. NuVein support stockings and compression hosiery use therapeutic graduated compression to restore blood flow and circulation. Designed to hospital grade standards for practical everyday wear, NuVein relieves common vein conditions associated with age, lifestyle, or even just sitting or standing for long periods of time. NuVein is available in "Mild (8-15 mmHg) Strength, Regular (15-20 mmHg) Strength, Extra (20-30 mmHg) Strength, and Maximum (30-40 mmHg) Strength" compression levels. Compression strength is measured in "mmHg" pressure units, which indicates how tight the garment will feel. Choose 8-15 mmHg (mild strength) for proactive care. Choose 15-20 mmHg (regular strength) to revitalize legs with mild to moderate discomfort, swelling, bulging, or blood clots (fluid buildup post surgery). Travelers who experience "economy class syndrome" or "jet leg" should wear 15-20 mmHg, as should pregnant, expecting, or nursing mothers. Regular 15-20 strength is the common starting point for first time wear. Choose 20-30 mmHg (extra strength) compression for patients suffering from: DVT, Edema, Varicose Veins, Sclerotherapy in Lymphatic System, Laser Vein Ablation, Thrombosis, and EVLT Endovenous Radiology. Choose 30-40 mmHg (maximum strength) when specifically directed by a doctor for severe conditions. Always confirm the correct compression strength prior to purchase. Increasing compression strength will impact application and feel tighter. NuVein hose feature classic styling and a breathable opaque smooth fabric that conceals topical bulging veins. Closed toe options will not compress or bind foot when worn in shoes. Open toe model for easy toe inspection and permit one standard size to fit a variety of foot length dimensions. Measure when swelling is at a minimum. Sold in pairs.
