How to Use:
1. Clean your shoes and keep dry.
2. Then remove sticky backing, adjust the position until you feel comfortable, finally stick the self-adhesive gel heel pads to the shoes and press firmly.
3. If they lose stickiness, just tear off and clean with warm water, and soap to restore its sticky outside surface.
