Material:

The check valve is made of silicone and can retain engine oil in the oil filter when the engine is stopped to prevent damage during engine start-up.

Function:

The bypass valve ensures that oil can continue to flow even if the filter is clogged.

If your oil filter is screwed onto the top of the motor (thread size M27 * 1.5), this is what you need.
