This olfactory training kit smell loss is designed to make it easy to start a treatment at home, at work, or while you're resting on vacation.
How to Use?
1. Find a quiet, distraction-free space where you can give your full attention to the process.
2. Start with one scent. Hold the inhaler just below your nostril (do not insert). Sniff gently for 20-30 seconds, focusing on the memory or feeling the scent brings up. Repeat with the other nostril.
3. Note your reaction to each scent and jot down your thoughts—intensity, sensation, or any other observations—in your daily scent journal (use the provided template as a guide).
4. Use all eight inhalers twice daily for at least 12-16 weeks for best results.
