VGA video scanning converter supports NTSC or PAL videos. It provides a composite output format. Used for converting computer images in applications such as video conferencing, home theaters, lecture rooms, or television.

Operational Controls and Functions：
1. VGA input: VGA input port, connected to a PC or VGA generator.
2. Audio input: L/R - Analog audio input port, connected to the audio output port of the computer.

4. L audio: Audio left channel output, connected to an audio amplifier.
