Create your own heat/chill packs
These silica gel beads are formulated for heat/chill packs and not for dehumidification.

They have a unique structure which allows them to heat quickly but release the warmth slowly over an extended period of time. Heat is absorbed evenly & the stored energy radiates to deliver passive & relaxing heat to help ease aches & pains. The beads can also be chilled in a freezer to create chill packs.

Commercial heat packs containing silica gel beads are commonly marketed as silicone or silicon beads.

Instructions
Heat therapy: Heat in a microwave in 30 second intervals until desired warmth is reached. Do not overheat.

Cold therapy: Place inside a clean plastic bag and leave in your freezer for 1-8 hours. Do not allow beads to become wet.
