Manganese Steel Black Zinc Plated: Material of dolly wheel lock washer is made of manganese steel black zinc plated. The toughness of manganese steel and the corrosion resistance of black zinc plating make the push on locking washers more resistant to wear and moisture.
Surface Treatment: Phosphate+oil. The oil forms a more stable film on the phosphate coating, reducing friction and wear on locking washer, the presence of the coating reduces direct contact between metal parts and the lubricating effect of the oil further reduces wear of hand truck nut axle washers.
