About Seastar hydraulic steering system replacement kit

Specifications: suitable for marine Seastar hydraulic steering system.Bridge tube: 25.4inch, bottle tube:25.4inch

Bridge pipe installation method:
1. Connect the bridge pipe to the drainage joint on the steering cylinder and loosen the joint.
2. Use a rudder to pump fluid out of the system by turning the wheels in one direction. The bubbles will be pushed to the rudder of the reservoir.
3. Manually swing the outboard motor through the fully hinged joint to release air trapped and confirm that the air is discharged well.

Bottle nozzle installation method:
1. Install the end with screw cap to the oil bottle mouth and tighten it.
2. Install the other end to the stuffing box.
3. Just reverse the oil bottle and puncture the bottom of the bottle to start the flow.
