OUTSTANDING ADHESION AND FILLING CAPACITY: This material excels in providing exceptional adhesion, making it ideal for various applications. It also offers remarkable filling capacity, ensuring smooth and even surfaces.
HIGH THERMAL AND ACOUSTICAL INSULATION: This product provides superior thermal and acoustical insulation, enhancing the comfort and energy efficiency of the space in which it is used.
RELIABLE MOUNTING CAPACITY AND STABILITY: Users can trust its dependable mounting capacity and stability, making it a preferred choice for a range of construction and assembly tasks.
VERSATILE COMPATIBILITY: It adheres effectively to most building materials, ensuring versatility in its application. However, it may not adhere well to surfaces like polyethylene, Teflon, silicone, or those contaminated with oils, greases, similar substances.
RESISTANCE TO WATER: This material is resilient to water, contributing to its durability and suitability for damp environments. It can also be painted over to match the desired aesthetic.
FOAM APPLICATION GUIDE: For effective application, the surfaces should be clean, dry, and free from contaminants. The optimal can temperature is 68°F. When applying the foam, activate it by pressing the valve while holding the can upside down, and fill vertical gaps partially, allowing for expansion. After full hardening, protect the foam from UV rays and avoid prolonged interruptions during application. Cleaning is done with Foam Cleaner for fresh foam, mechanical removal for cured foam.
EFFECTIVE FOAM USAGE: The curing process depends on temperature and humidity; if it gets too cold within 24 hours, it can affect the seal quality. Rushed surface prep can harm the foam's structure, and the applicator's condition matters for performance. Don't use the foam in stuffy or sunny areas, apply it valve-down for efficiency, it may change color in the sun, for outdoor use, consider painting it, and cold weather can make it cure slower and produce less foam.
