Will the Keel Guard Fit My Boat?
• The Keel Guard works on Fiberglass Boat, Bass Boats, Ranger Bass Boat, Ski Boats, Wake Boats, Runabouts.
• The Keel Guard works on some Aluminum Boats. If your boat has a raised or reinforced center keel, it cannot be raised higher than 1/4 inch. The center keel cannot have any reinforced welding around the edge, rivets, or sharp angles.
• NOT FOR Pontoon boat, Lund, Alumacraft, Smoker Craft, Crestliner, or Tracker.
• NOT FOR boat that made of low-surface energy plastics(LSE), such as most kayaks and canoes. Because the adhesive of the keel guard NOT bond to LSE plastic.
• NOT FOR boat with modern hull designs, such as most Jet Ski, Wave Runner, Ski-Doo and Personal Watercraft (PWC).
• NOT FOR boat with sharp keels, steep 90° upturn, steps, strakes and chines.such as most Catamaran.
• NOT FOR boat trailer with weight bearing rollers, bunks, v-blocks, bow stops while sitting on the trailer that the keel guard will touch or rest on when the boat is launched and loaded.
