UNIT SETTINGS
THERE ARE GALLONS, PINTS, QUARTS, LITER FOR OPTION
PS: the CALIBRATE key is referred to as the ""C"" key; the DISPLAY key is referred to as the ""D"" key.
01 Press and hold the ""C""and ""D"" keys for more than 5s to enter the unit setting mode.
02 Press ""D"" key to choose the unit within liters, gallons, pints, and quarts.
03 Press the ""C"" key for 10s to save and exit the unit setting mode.
ON/OFF OF THE DISPLAY
Always-on model: the display will never turn dark until batteries run out.
Auto-sleep model: when there is no liquid passing through for 5min, the LCD display will be dark automatically.
CALIBRATION:
The calibration coefficient= (initial coefficient*actual flow value)/the measured value
For example:
The initial coefficient is 1000,and the actual capacity of liquid is 100L, but the cumulative flow read by the flow meter is 98L, then the coefficient need to be calibrated.
The calibration coefficient=(1000*100)/98=1020.41 (rounding)≈1020,
Coefficient Adjustment
01 Press the ""C"" key for 10s to enter the coefficient setting mode.
02 Then press ""C"" key to choose the number you want to adjust, when the number jumps, press ""D"" key to change the number value.
03 After adjustment, long press the ""C"" key for 10s or just wait 10s, the flow meter will automatically exit this mode.
NOTE:
To ensure accuracy, the liquid flow rate can be measured again. Different liquids correspond to different calibration coefficients. Each time you change the measuring liquid, you must calibrate in advance and adjust the current coefficients to the calculated calibration coefficient.
