CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE -- Please check the diameter of the bike seatpost before purchasing. Incorrect diameters will not fit; 27.2 mm/31.6 mm are different diameters and are not interchangeable. Remove the old seatpost from the frame and you can see the diameter of the seatpost.
INDIVIDUALIZED ADJUSTMENT -- Our bicycle seatposts support riders weighing up to 200 kg/440 lbs. The default spring tension may not be appropriate for every rider's weight, but can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the bottom nut. For heavier riders, tighten the bottom nut clockwise; for lighter riders, loosen the bottom nut counterclockwise.
