Replaces Westwood T100-220, Ignitor Gauge
Universal Electrode Adjusting Tool that Accuratrely sets the electrodes to the proper angle relative to the degree rating of the Nozzle.
Description
Remove the aspirator/igniter/electrode assembly from the burner. Loosen the electrode clamp. Place the electrode meter on the end of the nozzle so that the corresponding spray level (45, 60, 70, 80 or 90*) of the nozzle is upright, resting against the nozzle face. Move the electrode point to the stop point on the meter and adjust the electrode so that it is in place as described above. It may be necessary to bend the electrodes slightly. Tighten the electrode screws and make minor adjustments so that the tool slides in and out with very little resistance and can be ignited correctly
