The ADE RD3-006 has been upgraded with several enhancements to improve functionality and user experience. This GREEN dot comes with a picatinny mounting plate pre-assembled (might be packaged separately in the retail package, depends on the ADE model). Please use the allen wrench provided to take out the 2 hex screws(M3x6mm) on the top behind the glass frame. It will disconnect the red dot from the picatinny mounting plate. You will then be able to attach the red dot to a variety of handgun mounting plates
This RD3-006 is the newest version that equipped with Motion Awake Technology. While the green dot is turned on, the red dot illumination goes to sleep after five minutes of inactivity, but when any motion or vibration is detected, it instantly switches on illumination at the previous brightness setting.
