Purpose of Honeycomb: This bed is designed specifically for use with laser cutting systems. The open design easily filters the smoke from whatever you are cutting, which greatly reduces the staining and charring resulting when cutting wood and other organic materials, it also prevents over burn. Less burn marks and cleaner cuts. This significantly improves cutting efficiency and quality.
Strong Frame: The honeycomb grid is hardened and painted black, which makes the honeycomb grid stronger than other brands of honeycomb. Fireproof and rustproof. The edges are riveted together so it won't come loose over time like screws do.
