How to Use:
1. First remove the chainrings on both sides, clamp the left lock with the tail hook wrench, rotate it toward the front wheel, and remove the lock .
2. Align the left sleeve with the BAYONETt, tighten the sleeve with an wrench, rotate it toward the front wheel, and remove the left shaft bowl.
3. Remove the left shaft bowl, take out the shaft core and balls, the left side disassembly is completed.
4. Align the right sleeve with the BAYONETt, tighten the sleeve with an wrench, rotate it toward the front wheel, and remove the right shaft bowl.
5. Take out the right shaft bowl, take out the balls, and complete the disassembly of the bottom bracket.

Notice:
Most old‑fashioned bottom brackets can be removed for maintenance. For older cars, it is recommended to use a remover to remove the before removing it with a disassembly sleeve.
