The armband for the Omnipod 5 protects your sensor from adhesive failure and sudden sensor detachment. Align and cover the sensor to protect it. Recommended for use anywhere on the extremities of the body that will fit 12-32 inches in diameter.
The adhesive in the patch is made of chemicals that can cause skin redness, rashes, itching, blisters, and cracks. People wearing the sensor armband don't need additional irritating adhesive patches to hold the sensor in place.
The size of the straps can be adjusted. Wrapping the strap one more time can suit people with thinner arms. Please see the product pictures for specific usage steps.
