MEINL has brought the old school tambourines back! The Vintage line of tambourines from MEINL are specifically designed to replicate sounds heard in the studio during the early era of blues, rock, R&B and soul. Solid brass jingles have been hammered to greatly reduce the amount of bright, shimmering sustain to give them a dry, low-pitched and almost muffled sound. These models are available with single or double row hammered brass jingles and feature a Walnut Brown finish detailed with a hot-branded logo that composes the old school fashion.
