INSTRUCTION:
Before drilling:
1.Check the hole saw's condition before use.
2.Install the hole drill bit into the electric drill; and clamp three flats of the shank to the chuck properly.
While drilling:
3. Start drilling with a low feed force.
3. Keep the drill at right angles (perpendicular).
5. Increase feed force to medium after positioning the hole.
After drilling:
6.After drilling through the metal sheet, keep the drill rotating to exit.
7.When drilling continuously, use cutting fluid to cool the cutting edges.
Caution:
8. The rotating speed shall not be too low during drilling, to avoid cutting tool breakage caused by intermittent cutting.
9. Do not use too much force when the pilot drill bit goes through the workpiece, to avoid the cutting edges of the hole drill bit impacting the workpiece.
