This is a well made tape measure. I use tape measures every day, and some can be very annoying, but I'm really pleased with these. It functions very smooth and has good solid construction. The spring mechanism is fairly strong, so it returns quickly and easily, and has the standard locking mechanism to lock it in place.

It can be extended horizontally around 6 feet/185 cm unsupported before bending, which is good for this size tape measure.

It has good clear markings while not being overly busy. It highlights in red every 10 cm, and increments of 16" (standard stud spacing), and in black for each foot, so finding the right mark is quick and easy. On the inches side, the first 6 inches are in increments of 1/32", and after that it's 1/16".
