EXPLANATION OF LED STATUS:
Standby state( connect the ac power, not connect the battery): The green and red lights flash alternately
Charging: Red light on, the power is less than 80%
Charging: Yellow light on, the power is more than 80%, yellow light on
Fully charged: Green light on

Note:
This charger with a Relay for Reverse Polarity Protection, it doesn't have output voltage and current when charger AC power on but disconnecting with the battery. It will have voltage and current output when it connects with battery.
