Vida Fitness Landmine T Bar Row Platform paired with a barbell (Olympic or Standard) will help you build full body strength and muscle, whether you are at the gym or at home.
Easy to use
Simply insert the post into at least 2 stacked weights (suggested minimum of 2x 10kg plates), slide one end of an Olympic or Standard barbell in the relevant opening and stack weights on the other end. Use the barbell clip provided to keep weights secure to the barbell.

No need for permanent fixing
