This is a snaffle made with a German Silver mouthpiece,with lozenge and slightly shaped. This is designed not to crush or pinch the tongue like a single joint. Slightly shaped this bit will act on bars and tongue.
Lozenge reduces the nutcracker action and takes unwanted pressures off the edges of the tongue as well as reducing the pressure on the palate.
