This design not only enhances the durability of the build plate, but also improves the stability of the printed part, far exceeding traditional PEI, making room temperature printing possible with strong adhesion. It helps greatly improve the success rate of printing and save energy.
【Energy-Saving】The PLU build plate effectively prevents clogs caused by extruder overheating, eliminating the need for extruder maintenance. Additionally, it saves 50W/h of power compared to traditional PEI build plate printing that requires bed heating, resulting in a 50% energy savings.
【Enhance the overhanging quality】PLU Sheet has better model adsorption than traditional PEI Sheet. Better solve the problems of edge warping and printing falling off. The plate can enhance the overhanging quality. For prying skirts,brims and other thin parts on the build surface use a plastic build plate scraper only. Using a steel spatula or metal blade may permanently scratch and damage the build plate.
【How to Clean】The Double Side Use PLU build plate surface can be cleaned with water only, avoiding the use of detergent or solvents. Strictly avoid using IPA, alcohol, or acetone to clean the surface, as these chemical detergents will destroy the coating and function of the plate, rendering it unusable.
【Unmatched Adhesion】The PLU build plate is compatible with PLA at a low temperature range of only 30-50℃, and PETG at only 50-70℃. It performs better in model adsorption than traditional PEI sheets, even at lower temperatures, thanks to its superior first-layer adhesion. No glue or hairspray is needed, and it prevents edge warping and print falling off. Note: ABS and TPU filament are not recommended for use with this build plate.
