Special Features

  • This module Dimensions: 43mm (L) × 43mm (W) × 27mm (H) / 1.69in × 1.69in × 1.06in;Package Includes: 6PCS Dual H-Bridge Motor Driver Modules
  • This module uses the L298N as the main driver chip, offering strong driving capability, low heat generation, and strong anti-interference capability.
  • The module draws power from the drive source. To prevent damage to the voltage regulator chip, when using a drive voltage greater than 12V, please use an external 5V logic supply.
  • The module uses a large-capacity filter capacitor and a freewheeling protection diode to improve reliability.
  • This module is suitable for stepper motors, smart cars, and Arduino projects, and can drive two motors.

Storage Temperature: -20℃ to +135℃
Maximum Power: 25W
Notes:
Typical Application: When the drive voltage is between 7V-12V, the onboard 5V logic power can be used. After using the onboard 5V supply, do not input voltage into the +5V interface, but you can output 5V for external use.
High Voltage Drive for Unconventional Applications: When the drive voltage is above 12V and less than or equal to 24V (the manual suggests supporting up to 35V, but based on usage experience, the L298N conservatively supports a maximum voltage of 24V), for example, when driving a motor rated at 18V, first remove the onboard 5V output to enable the jumper cap, then provide 5V voltage externally to the 5V output port to create a control signal at 5V. When this signal is valid and the power supply to the motor driver module is normal, the module will output current; otherwise, even if the power supply is normal, there will be no current to the motor. The voltage powers the internal logic circuit of the L298N.
