Note：
・There is a layer of greased paper on our new machine to protect the machine. remove the greased paper before use , wipe off the oil on the surface with a damp cloth, and you can use it normally. after each use, you can apply a layer of cooking oil on the grill to protect the machine.
・The plate of this griddle is made of iron, it may be rusted due to moisture in the transportation, or it may be rusted during use. it is normal, you can use a brush or the steel ball to clean it ,that not a quality problem.
・For the first time, the electric griddle may have a small amount of smoke, which is normal. the smoke will disappear after a few minutes of heating.
