This mod shines on systems with for GDROM emulators, such as for USB GDROM and for GDEMU. It makes these systems almost silent.
Since the disk drive is louder than the cooling fan, it probably won't do much for systems that still have the previous disk drive installed.
The cable is a custom conversion cable that plugs into the former fan connector and converts the (10K resistor built in).

Note: This kit is not compatible with earlier versions of the for console, known as for VA0.
