Description

How to install:

When the handle is rotated to a vertical angle, the upper ratchet can be adjusted at will. The maximum adjustment angle is 270 degrees.

When the handle is rotated in the horizontal direction, the upper ratchet will be fixed.

When you loosen the screw in the lower ratchet and you can adjust it to the angle you want. Once you have determined the angle you want, tighten the screws in the lower ratchet.
