Description
Fit for GE microwave ovens, ovens, water dispensers, coffee machines, water heaters and other appliances.
Made of high-quality materials, sensitive to temperature, bakelite is resistant to high temperature and wear. Metal has good thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and impact resistance.
Please pay attention to the shape of the contact terminals before purchasing to ensure that it matches the original shape and determine whether your machine requires a normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) switch.
The thermostat has an upper temperature limit. When the internal temperature of the microwave oven reaches the set maximum value, the thermostat will automatically cut off the heating circuit to prevent overheating.
By precisely controlling the temperature, the thermostat can reduce unnecessary heating, save electricity and reduce energy consumption.
Working principle: The original state of the switch contact is closed, and it is disconnected when the temperature sensing exceeds the rated temperature of 70℃ (158℉).
Problems that can be solved:
1. Traditional microwave ovens may not be able to accurately control the internal temperature due to the lack of a thermostat, resulting in overheated or undercooked food.
2. When the microwave oven is running for a long time or unattended, it may cause a fire or damage the equipment due to excessive internal temperature.
