Warm Tips

1. This is not a two-way adapter, a non-automatic switch, and does not support 1 in 2 out.

2. If you need to use our switcher to output 4K@120Hz and 8K@60Hz, please make sure that your HDMI cable, HDMI signal source and HDMI display all support the above resolutions.

3. If the resolutions of the two monitors are different, the final output resolution depends on the lower resolution device.

4. This switch does not need external power supply to work when both HDMI inputs are connected and feeding power to the unit at the same time. When power is from only one HDMI input, you will need to connect the supplied USB cable to feed additional power for the switch to work.

5. The length of the HDMI cable connecting the two ends of the switch should not exceed 3 meters respectively. Too long the cable will easily cause the screen to flicker.
